Completely redesigned and manufactured according to works performed on previous Prototype experiences along years 2020 and 2021, with the contribution of IDR experts.

Basic components:

  • Aluminium plate (8) frost harvester
  • Internal copper pipes filled with refrigerant gel
  • Cooling-freezing cycle redesign
  • Vertical frost scrapping, motorized
  • Electrical and Automation equipment design

Targets:

  • Water production: 180 l/day
  • Energy: 0,13 kWh/l

Redesigned and manufactured according to works performed on DAN I Prototype along year 2020.

Basic components:

  • Protected copper tubular frost harvester (14)
  • Internal copper coils filled with refrigerant gel
  • Cooling-freezing cycle redesign
  • Horizontal frost scrapping by motorized lateral guides
  • Electrical and Automation equipment design

Targets:

  • Water production: 2 x 75 l/day
  • Energy: 0,15 kWh/l

Designed and manufactured according to basic design provided by the owners of application for a patent related to the invention filed before the “Instituto Mexicano de la Propiedad Industrial”.

Basic components:

  • Copper tubular frost harvester (10 x 4)
  • Internal copper coils filled with refrigerant gel
  • Cooling-freezing cycle design
  • Horizontal frost scrapping by motorized lateral guides
  • Electrical and Automation equipment design

Targets:

  • Water production: 4 x 50 l/day
  • Energy: 0,15 kWh/l
